1999. I did my first tattoo. 1 wife, 2 kids and several years later I did another one. I liked it. A lot. I knew right away that this was what I wanted to do with my life.

My entry into the world of tattooing was an unconventional one. I got my start in a production-style street shop. It was a good place to get my feet wet and do a lot of tattoos. The experience, however, was less than fulfilling. I really wanted to be in an environment that promoted good art and custom tattooing over the “get ‘em in and out as quick as you can” mentality.

A friend told me about Fu’s and that they were looking to hire a new artist. After visiting the shop I knew that this was exactly what I was looking for. Now I work with a great group of friends and artists who are constantly pushing me to become a better tattooer and artist.
